What hours is the office open?

Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 830am to 7pm, Saturday from 10am to 4pm, and Sunday from noon to 4pm.

Where is University Crossing located?

We are located across the street, diagonally, from K-State’s Snyder Family Football Stadium. Just north of Kimball Avenue.

How can I pay rent?

You can bring a check or money order into the office, or make a payment online at www.liveuc.com with a credit/debit card or electronic check payment.

Will I need to bring transportation?

We are located with in walking distance to Kansas State University. We are also on a public bus route that will take residents to the University.

What size apartments are offered?

We have 2 different floor plans at University Crossing: 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms, which are approximately 800 sq. ft, and 4 bedroom/2 bathrooms, which are approximately 1200 sq. ft.

What does “Fully Furnished” include?

All of our apartments come with furniture such as: sofa, chair, coffee table, side table, built in bar-height dining table (stools included), dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, double bed, dresser, and desk. There is no need to bring any furniture, we have you covered!

Do I need to have a roommate?

No roommate? No worries! We have a roommate matching program that we use to match people together. By working closely with our staff, we find the right roommate for you!

What utilities do we need to have turned on?

University Crossing covers all utilities, except for electricity. We will provide you with water, trash, cable, and internet.
